INSURANCE LIABILITY WAIVER:
We have again arranged for insurance coverage under the Ontario Baseball Association Comprehensive Liability Program. Such policy provides coverage for all activities and operations of the Ontario Baseball Association, all leagues and clubs, officers, directors, coaches, instructors, umpires, committees, employees and sponsors who specifically request the coverage.

In consideration of the acceptance of their child/children for participation in the activities of the North Toronto Baseball Association, parents and/or guardians, on their own behalf and on behalf of their participating child/children, accept all risks for the injuries which may be suffered by their children and agree that the Association, its directors, officers, members, coaches, servants or agents shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any damages resulting from any injuries to their children, however caused, including by an act of negligence.

Parents and/or guardians also agree to indemnify the Association, its directors, officers, members, coaches, servants or agents and save them harmless with respect to any claim or action which may be brought against them by or on behalf of their children.
