Tryouts
Tryouts for the 2010 season will be held:
Thursday September 24 – Sentinel Park – 7:00 – 9:30
Friday September 25 – Sentinel Park – 6:00 – 9:00

All players must attend at least 1 tryout. If these dates cause an issue for you please contact Simon Weisz as soon as possible.

Players playing in other organizations in 2009 require a ``TBA permission to tryout`` release. Players from North York will not require any release

Philosophy
For the upcoming season, North Toronto will field a AAA regional team for players born in 1997. Our philosophy centres on teaching. This approach includes fundamentals, respect for the game and most importantly, the long-term development of our players. By encouraging hard-work, dedication and a love for the game, we plan to exceed personal and team goals set at the beginning of the season.

Coaching
Our coaching staff is made up of University students, currently playing, and actively involved in the baseball community. Between the three coaches, there is 31 years of all-star baseball experience, 4 city championships and an Ontario Championship. All coaches have their NCCP Level 1.

Team Commitment
The season will run from April – August
We will play in the TBA – YSBA Tier 1 league
4 tournaments – 1 in the U.S.
CNE Tournament , Eliminations, Toronto and Ontario Championships
2 practices per week

Selection
The team will be selected based upon work-ethic, attitude, athleticism, and skill level. The vacation time taken in the summer will also be a factor in the decision.
