NORTH TORONTO Minor Mosquito AA (Players Born in 2002)

The North Toronto minor mosquito team will be holding try-outs for 2012 on:

Wednesday September 14 6:00-8:00pm - Memorial Park (behind Forrest Hill Arena) Saturday September 17 9:00-11:00am - Davisville Park (Mt Pleasant and Davisville)

Players must attend at least one of the two tryouts to be considered for the team and please wear a numbered shirt.

The try-outs are open to all players born in 2002 and the team will play in the Tier 2 Minor Mosquito division in 2012, with the vision of moving to the AAA level within the next 2 years.

Starting 2012, from January to April, the team will be practicing in a baseball training facility once a week. We plan on starting our indoor training in January. You can expect 1 practice and 2 games per week starting in May plus at least 3 tournaments. Therefore there is a considerable time commitment required for this team. The players must be available in early August for city playoffs and Labour Day weekend for possible provincial finals. Vacation should be taken in the first few weeks of July in order to fit with the team's schedule.
