North Toronto Greensox Minor Bantam Team Tier 2 (Players Born In 1998)

The North Toronto Greensox will once again be fielding a team that will compete in Tier 2 of the TBA/YSBA loop of the Ontario Baseball Association at the Minor Bantam level for the 2012 season. Players must be born in 1998

The tryouts will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 pm at Pro Teach baseball facility at 25 Whitlam in Etobicoke on Tuesday September 20 and Wednesday September 21.

The team will be coached by Steve Offenheim, Peter Gold, and Michael Tam. We will have an intense baseball schedule beginning in late March/early April, that will continue until the Labour day weekend. The Greensox try to arrange our schedule as much as possible to take off the early part of July, to accommodate vacation, and camp. The expectation is that vacation will be taken during this time.

Our philosophy is to teach our players a love and respect for the game of baseball in an atmosphere of positive reinforcement, competitiveness and fun.
